Tommy Bahama just dropped its fall menu, and you’ll want to come hungry. Available October 16 through November 26 at all Restaurant & Bar locations, the fall menu brings together bold flavors, tropical ingredients and warming spices for a seasonal escape close to home.

Dinner starts with Crispy Calamari, tossed with carrots, scallions, ginger, cashews and herbs, served with sweet chili sauce. Wagyu Shaking Beef pairs sushi rice, charred tomatoes and roasted peppers with tamarind chimichurri, while Regional Fish Tom Yum brings a sweet-and-sour broth to the table with charred pineapple, bok choy, tomato and poached mushrooms.

The cocktails blend beloved fall flavors with Tommy Bahama’s signature tropical twist. Tropic Like It’s Hotlayers passionfruit, falernum, almond orgeat and lemon with nutmeg, while The Accomplice combines tequila, mezcal and blood orange with lime and pink salt. For a richer sip, Monkey See, Monkey Brew blends rum, banana, passionfruit, cream and cold brew with cinnamon, giving an evening pick-me-up a vacation-minded spin.
