Wailea, Maui (June 23, 2025) – Fairmont Kea Lani proudly debuts the Kea Lani Restaurant Dinner Experience, a new buffet-style pop-up concept offering a flavorful journey through Kō’s most iconic dishes — all served in a relaxed, open-air setting.
Launched following the temporary closure of Kō Restaurant, which officially paused service on June 22 for enhancements, this limited-time buffet-style experience captures the essence of Kō in an approachable new format. The beloved restaurant is currently undergoing a full transformation, including a fresh design and a reimagined menu by its newly appointed executive chef, and is set to reopen at the end of October.
In the meantime, the KLR Dinner Experience offers a unique opportunity to enjoy Kō’s signature flavors in a casual yet elegant ambiance near the resort’s Serenity Pool. Guests can indulge in a generous spread of longtime favorites such as Lavender Honey Crispy Shrimp, Pork Belly Bao Buns, Oishi Sushi, Paniolo Ribeye, Mauka to Makai Pancit, and the award-winning Ahi on the Rock — alongside interactive chef stations and a curated wine and cocktail list. Each dish is prepared with locally sourced ingredients and infused with the bold, multicultural spirit that has defined Kō for over a decade.

Perfect for both longtime fans and first-time diners, the experience offers unlimited buffet offerings for just $89.00 per adult, $45.00 for keiki ages 6–12, and complimentary dining for children under 5. Kamaʻāina guests enjoy 25% off food and beverages throughout the pop-up’s limited run.
