Maui Recipes: Martini Recipes Merriman’s Kapalua Pineapple Merritini

PINEAPPLE MERRITINI:

Vodka Pineapple

2oz Ocean Vodka

1 1/2 oz Fresh squeezed pineapple juice

3 leaves of sage from the garden

4-5 drops of Old Fashioned Bitters & Coconut foam

Method:

Muddle sage, add ice, vodka, pineapple juice, and shake. Fill a martini glass 2/3 full with coconut foam and strain liquid into the glass so the foam sits on the top. Garnish with drops of bitters.
